Shipping Policy

At Warm Grid, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.

Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and bank holidays. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During busy periods, processing and delivery times may vary depending on stock availability, courier demand and circumstances outside of our control.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Estimated delivery timeframes apply once your order has been processed and dispatched. Delivery may vary depending on stock availability, courier service levels, delivery location, busy periods, bank holidays and circumstances outside of our control.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Warm Grid cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier may leave instructions for rearranging delivery or collection. Any additional charges caused by missed deliveries, refused parcels or incorrect addresses may be passed on to the customer.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your order is damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos where relevant, so we can look into this for you.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times, delays can sometimes happen due to courier issues, weather, high-demand periods, stock delays or other circumstances beyond our control.
